Jade balances all of these seemingly opposing forces to create a safe environment that encourages creativity, learning, and the feeling of growth (aka being challenged). She lets us try out our own styles, and inevitably sometimes our styles won't work. She'll allow us to learn these lessons through a number of ways. She will be there to nudge us in a better direction, be a guiding voice, protect our space if we have to breathe, or if needed, pick us up when we just really need to learn some lessons the hard way.
